一、MDR-2000（2200）无转子硫化仪配置

1）模块化微机结构，工控电脑主机，LED液晶显示器，品牌黑白激光打印机。

2）简便归纳化的中文视窗软件（0.01℃显示），可进行硫化曲线测量输出并配存贮， 具有先进的判据和统计功能，正版Windows(带有正版包装的安装盘）。

3）MDR-2000(2200)主机（采用非电阻丝式加热器，超长寿命）采用大量不锈钢结构， 电磁阀台湾品牌，气表日本品牌SMC。高配置型配日本品牌伺服电机。

4）主气缸为高品质台湾品牌 （正常寿命5年以上）,门控长气缸为意大利品牌 CAMOZZI 或日本品牌SMC。

5）整体精细加工的结构组合（精细密闭型模腔，类似原孟山都型），外壳及底座为304 纯不锈钢。

二、MDR-2000（2200）无转子硫化仪主要参数 （产品执行标准：GBT9869、ISO6502）

1) 新型的高位CPU处理器控制模块，速度快，不需自整定控温。

2) 控温范围：室温—200℃（普通电机型） 室温—250℃（配日本伺服电机型）； 温度显 示分辨率：0.01℃；稳定后可达到（视材料情况）+/-0.1℃内（远优于国际标准）。

3) 升温时间：室温到设定温度 约10分钟左右，一般温度恢复时间1min（或更优）。

4) 独立显示扭矩与发泡压力曲线。

5) 力矩量程：0.01-20NM自动量程，力矩真实分辨率：0.01NM（内0.0001NM） 振荡频率：1.7+/-0.1Hz(100r/min) 振荡幅度：+/-0.5(+/-1,+/-3可选配)符合国际标准。

6) 主机材质：主汽缸配置高品质（寿命5年以上），外壳及底座为304纯不锈钢。

7) 密闭型模腔结构、上置式力矩测量结构均与美标相同。

8) 自动模块控制，自动调整。

I、The vulcanizer configuration

1）Modular microcomputer structure, industrial control host, LED liquid crystal display, brand black and white laser printer.

2）The simple and convenient Chinese window vulcanizer software (0.01℃ display) can easily perform the vulcanization curve measurement output and storage in Windows. Software with advanced criteria and statistical capabilities.

3）MDR-2000 (2200) host (using non-resistance wire heater, long life) adopts a large number of stainless steel structure, solenoid valve Taiwan brand, gas meter Japanese brand SMC. High configuration type is equipped with Japanese brand servo motor.

Ⅱ、Vulcanizer main parameters

1） Product standard : GBT9869, ISO6502.
