一、MDR-2000A(2200)无转子硫化仪配置及特点

1）模块化微机结构。工控电脑主机，新型的高位CPU处理器控制模块。速度快，不需自整定控湿。可控制到接近0.05℃。

2）简便归纳化的中文视窗软件(0.01℃显示) ，彩色硫化曲线显示，可配条码打印机输出，具有先进的判据和统计功能。

3）MDR- 2000A (2200)主机(采用非电阻丝式加热器，超长寿命)。采用大量不锈钢结构，电磁阀台湾品牌，气表日本品牌SMC。高配置型配日本品牌伺服电机。

4）主气缸为亮品质台湾品牌(真品使用寿命长)，门控长气缸为日本品牌SMC。

5）电磁阀为低电压安全可靠。

6）整体精细加工的结构组合(精细密闭型模腔，类似原孟山都型)。外壳及底座为304纯不锈钢。专利结构（德国专利号：15.07.2022CN202221824407.2）

二、MDR-2000A ( 2200)主要参数(GBT16584, ASTM D5289,ISO6502)

1) 控温范围:室温一250℃(配日本伺服电机型：
　　　　温度显示分辨率: 0.01℃；稳定后达到(视材料情况) +/-0.1℃内(优于国际标准) 。

2) 升温时间: 30℃-200℃～4min 。

3) 独立星示扭矩与发泡压力曲线(选配)。

4) 力矩量程: 0.01 -20NM自动量程
　　　力矩真实分辨率：0.01NM (内0.001NM)
　　　振蔼频率：1.7+/-0.1Hz(100r/min) 振落幅度：+/-0.5(+/-1，+/-3 可选配)符合国际标准。

5) 主机材质：模腔为9Cr18，主气缸配置高品质(真品使用寿盘长)。外壳及底座为304纯不锈钢。

6) 密闭型模腔结构，上置式力距测量结构均与美标相同。

I、MDR- 2000A(2200) Configurations and Features
