 【 DG-200 耐 臭 氧 老 化 试 验 机 】 |
 一、用途：
臭氧在大气体中的含量虽然很少，但却是橡胶龟裂的主要因素。本公司生产的耐臭氧老化试验机可用于人工模拟或强化大气中的臭氧条件，以研究臭氧对橡胶的作用规律，快速鉴定的评价橡胶抗臭氧老化性能与抗臭氧剂防护效能。
二、结构
1、材料：
a、试验内体：不锈钢板；
b、机体外壳：烤漆板；
c、保温：PU绝缘
2、O3发生器：紫外线方式
3、转动系数：2转/分钟 恒速电机
4、O3检测系统：电脑Windows软件显示
（光化学传感器式）

Ⅰ、Usage
Though the amount of ozone in the atmosphere is very little,it is ,however,the major element for causing cracks in rubber.The machine produced by our company for testing ozone-resisting ageing can be used in man-made simulation for for strengthening the ozone condition in the the atmosphere to of ozone-resisting ageing on rubber and the protective effect of ozone agent.
